New gaming PC, random freeze in game

Long story short I've been noticing when playing games sometimes it would freeze for 1-2seconds. What could it be?

In Overwatch and CSGO, randomly game will freeze, but I get high FPS.

Could be high DPC latency - had the same problem a while back and traced it to, of all things, fan controller software. You can check here:

Doesn't look like that's the problem

Actually that doesn't look too healthy - my graph looked similar to that when I was having the same problem (though it was doing into the red around 20% of the time). Without the offending software, mine is now all green and I don't get the micro pauses any more.

Are you using anything like corsair link or nzxt cam software?

Whats that? Only software for keyboard and mouse.

Fan controller software. When I was figuring out what was wrong with mine these appeared to be the main culprit with people having the problem. I did see that some people were pinning it to Nvidia cards - I didn't really look any further into it though as uninstalling the nzxt software fixed it for me.

How can I know if its my internet causing these stutter/lag spikes or my pc itself? what software can monitor this.
