Fireman Sam the Islamaphobe.

I give it a week before the same ********** are up in arms because all the text in documents depicted in cartoons is Western script and why are they discriminating against Arabic and other styles?

How are the two even remotely comparable or being brought together into the same discusion?

Priest is a symbol of that religion -a living breathing soul. Gets beheaded #hashtag

Except at the start of the scene Penny says "Oh, just one more report to go." with the piles of paper in front of her. then she reaches for that one report [which is the paper Elvis slips on!] right before Elvis steps through the door.

It's obvious what they are. You can continue to speculate if you wish, but you could (have some time ago) come to the same conclusion as me if you you'd just...watch the scene.

Jees I've watched the scene a few times stop telling me to watch it.

Not page shown = outrage. Page perceived as being trodden on being placed on the floor = offence.

What has the poor priest got to do with this case? What point are you trying to make?

Man hasn't got along since the dawn of time, what makes you think removing religion will change that. One of the bloodiest periods in Europe had noting to do with religion after all.

I really don't care, i am not having an argument over a animated piece of paper from a made up book from a man of dodgy character from an animated cartoon with animated fictional characters from an animated fire service.

Do you see what you are trying to argue against, animation and make believe.

Those are the only two points that are in this whole story\article.

Yes you say that...so then, logically how have you come to any of the conclusions that you have?

You've watched it, so you know Penny insinuates that the papers infront of her, and the "one report to go" are all reports and not Qur'an pages, so why are you still suggesting they might be something other than reports?

You watched the video, you know what penny says, ergo you known what those papers are. So what's your argument? why are you ignoring this? It's almost like you want people to be offended. If you do, to what end? why?

That's what the media are running with, as I stated if that's what people read that what they will come away with.

They weren't reports though that's the issue, someone inserted pages / page of the Quran where the reports were suppose to be. It gives the impression that's what the pages were, that's perhaps what they apologised for.

Clearly you have not seen the screenshots or read the thread as i have repeatedly asked. so here it is again for you.

Explain how that's from the Qur'an, please. Does it even look like Arabic? Is there any chance at all that its even remotely connected to Islam?

The producers apologised for causing offense. They did not apologize for Elvis stepping on the Qur'an because it didnt happen. There is no insinuation there at all. this again has already been disproven, which once again you would know had you read the thread from the beginning.

Your wasting your time, posters with his same mindset don't accept facts, as you can see he is happy and feels his view is justified because he thinks they said sorry for stepping on the text, when they clearly have not said sorry for that reason nor did he actually step on it and none of the other sheets had any religious text on them.

But yet his opinions are correct, shocking.

I think the tipping point is nearly here about silly religions.

Mattel won't be getting any business from me.

No, i'm asking you. You said you watched it.

If it merely showed the Quran for example on a book shelf I don't think there would have been a issue. What it does show is what appears to be someone stepping on pages of a holy book. Any sensible and rational person would realise that's probably not a good look in a children's TV show but hey ho guess some just like to be obtuse.

That was your conclusion after having watched it. So explain how you came to that conclusion, please.

I get the impression you are now backtracking having waded in to the thread with your opinions, copied from the tabloids, ignored the screenshots ive posted, pointed the finger here at everybody else who's apparently raging then having actually watched the video you are now changing your argument. See below:

Well that's not what you said earlier.

Why the actual **** is someone talking about the beheading Father Jacques Hamel in relation to this?

How is a mistake made by a production team, for which they have apologised for being compared to a man having his head cut off in an act of savage terror?

.

Seriously.

A lot of things people say on this thread they would not have the balls to say in front of 60 million people watching them on TV.

Who wouldn't and what wouldn't they say in front of 60 million viewers, who are these viewers, where are they? I don't know if i should laugh or not at that remark, 60 million viewers? wtf?

Also why wouldn't they have the balls?

Don't come in with a wide snide remark like that and not back it up with what you actually mean.

Speak the truth, you might be thought better of.

Or have some balls.

Muslims care a lot about the symbol of their religion being mistreated. We know this. Therefore it is disrespectful to do something that we know is likely to upset them, such as depict it being walked upon. Especially given such a thing could only have come about by deliberate attempt. [..]

Your claim that the cartoon shows a religious symbol being walked on is false.

Your claim that it's impossible for a rushed animator to use an image of some text they haven't read as a texture to stick on a page that appears for a few frames of no importance is also false.

There is no chance of appeasement by apologising for doing things you didn't do in an attempt to head off the worst of the bullying. Not with an ideology as devoutly devoted to using all possible methods to impose its rule over everyone and everything as Islam is. No matter how much a victim grovels to a bully, it won't be enough if the bully is that bad.

Yes like I said that's what it appears to me when watching I'm not sure what you are struggling with. Perhaps you perceive the scene different to me. The tabloids certainly do.

As I said in motion that's how it appears to me, you having freeze framed it concluded no.

... That is not always a good thing. They push their own agenda.
