in the market for a new graphics card

around the £200 - £250 price mark currently have a

Corsair 600T White case
LN28584 650W ANTEC TRUEPOWER psu
, I5-3570K ,
Sapphire Toxic Edition HD 6850,
250 gig SSD and 1 x 2Gig sata drive,
ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE mobo,
a blue ray player and a Dvd rewriter,
G-Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz
X-Fi Fatality Titanium Pro sc
and a 24" Hanns-G touch screen

so yeah it's not a new system lol

any help will be appreciated

BO3 is DX11, so the 1060 may well be your best bet. Either way, it'll be a small difference between the cards.

I'd still go for the 8gb card if it's within your budget because I can't really see anything else in your rig that could use the money instead. 4gb will be enough for now, but 8gbh provides better futureproofing. Also, the Gigabyte G1 is my favourite and it only comes in 8gb:D
 
Unfortunately so. You can't really go wrong with any of them. Whatever you decide to get, it will give your current card a right licking.

could you by any chance stretch to £300? if you're willing to spend £250 just try and find another £50 and buy a sapphire fury card for £299.99 honestly they're a fantastic gpu for the price and it gets better as the res increases so if you decide to up the res it'll start to shine more though still at 1080p its a fantastic card and is a better bet than a 480, 1060

the Zotac looks a nice card and it is available might go for it tomorrow after i sleep on it ... anyways thanks for the help ... it is given me something to think about

even with my case it would be a very tight fit that card looks huge

Yeah, the Zotac one isn't a bad looker. I'm not a great lover of silver / white cards, but that looks pretty fair. :)
