Some people with lack of education do not understand legacy support and legacy products.
I don't know, if one considers 980 TI a legacy card then I am pretty sure it'll do a lot better than 720p for quite a few years![]()
Glad I went for a GTX 1070 and not a used 980 based card now![]()
Only a matter of time before you're legacy![]()
How long was Fury on sale for before it was EOL? To me that card seemed to have the shortest shelf life I have ever seen.
ON sale sure, no where near shortest shelf life though and going off sale doesn't in any way mean only getting legacy drivers. AMD only put 5xxx series on Legacy what half a year ago or something.
Does this mean an driver enabling async for Maxwell in ATOS is cancelled, seems such a shame for them to work on this promised driver for so long then give up right before it's ready. No way they lied about Maxwell having async.... and Fermi DX12 drivers.
What card had a shorter life?
Didn't know this was about driver support,BTW Nvidia have always put the cards they stop manufacturing in that section has no relevance to legacy drivers.
First you move the goalposts by diverting the argument to AMD for no reason whatsoever, then you call him out for... diverting the argument? Really?
