US: Based on shows I love could you recommend some more for me to watch?

Me and the Mrs need something good to watch.. so far we have seen.

Dexter
Prison break
Walking dead + fear
Banshi
Lost
Breaking bad

As you can probably tell we like exciting fast paced shows! Nothing to slow like house of cards.. really loving Banshi!


What do you recommend? :)
 
Justified - Little slow in places but the characters are amazing.
The Shield - One of my favourtie shows ever. Corrupt police, lots of shoot outs, great characters. Just brilliant.
Daredevil - Action every episode. Dark and violent and awesome.
Spartacus - Sex, blood, fighting.
Blindspot - Pretty actiony.

On the stuff already recommended, that I've seen:

Vikings is amazing, but I wouldn't say it was very fast paced. I tend to think it's a pretty considered experience

Black sails starts fast but is also terrible for the first few episodes. It picks up, but is never brilliant.

Hell on Wheels is consistently brilliant for the first couple of series. S3 drops off a little, and S4 is a bit ordinary, unfortunately. Not watched S5 yet.

Oz was amazing, but it's so long since I've watched it (over 15 years), that I'm not sure how it holds up.

The Wire needs little explanation, but it's a slow burner.

Yeah, you're right.
Considering that they got on with Lost/Walking Dead etc, which aren't particularly fast paced, I reckon they'll be ok :)
 
Another vote for Kingdom - it is such a good show but not too many people seem to watch it so I am glad it is being mentioned here!
 
Kingdom and Power are awesome! also quite enjoying Animal Kingdom, American series based on the original Aussie Film of same name.

Fargo S2 no need to watch S1 as each series is self contained and not connected.
