Awesome customer service from Vodafone

I bet they've renewed your contract. Will be a cheeky salesman with a target to hit. You won't realise for another 7 months till your original renewal date then they won't have the recordings!!
 
Awful awful company. They messed up my credit rating by claiming I missed a payment for a contract that did not exist! Then it took me 1 month of phone calls to get it sorted! In the end I had to contact the credit ratings agency to dispute it and they solved the issue. If anybody needs the direct number to the highest complaints department called Customer Relations, please Trust message me. This company just does not care about customers at all, and I am absolutely fuming with them! Any problems that occur, they just don't want to know!

Forget to take payment via direct debit, suspend all business phones on my contract for none payment of the money they forgot to ask for.

Happened to us as well when we took out a brand new contract last year and they didn't take the direct debit despite having the details, and then gave us a missed payment warning. They did sort that out promptly but I'm very surprised the problem still exists. Haven't had any further issues, and a friend has been with them for years and had no issues, so I don't know what to really think about them. The only network I "trust" money wise is giffgaff where their goodybag model works well and you don't get pestered by sales calls (like Three) however giffgaff's data speeds are so useless I can't use them except for a spare phone.
 
Did an Online Upgrade to a LG G5 with these Buffoons, but after 2 weeks decided it is not for me, and they do advertise a 30 days returns policy.

Phoned up requesting a Returns Pack for over 2 weeks.

Did they send the Returns Pack? No

By week 3 I had enough, and had to involve the local Store to handle the return.

They reckoned they were unable to send the Pack due to an 'open order' being on my account. And the Technical Team could or would not rectify the situation.

Now I'm having a right mare getting my old price plan and leaving date being reinstated.

If and when I do get this sorted, I am returning to 3
