Help identify this music from Top Gear...

I can't identify it from going through this list but then I can't seem to find "The Invisible - The Great Wound (Instrumental)" so I don't know if it's that one or not...

It's the clint mansell track, an end once and for all. It doesn't sound exactly like it but often game and film soundtracks have very long versions that are cut down for commercial release. Top Gear did this during the Africa special when they used the main theme from Rambo, but used a piece from the extended film soundtrack not the version which has been released commercially.
