Loving the mouse on the whole but recently it's "detection" has been slower than when I first got it. By detection I mean turning it on and waiting for it to be picked up with the Logitech software to continue using the same DPI / settings etc.

I was just asked if I wanted to firmware update to which I said yes, would maybe get rid of the problem but now the mouse doesn't connect to Logitech software at all. The software is running but it won't open. Firmware update butchered everything.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Anyone have this issue?

I haven't had to update the firmware myself yet. Thanks for the heads up as I'll now avoid doing so.

Although the claimed 2 hour to fully charge doesn't seem to work for me.

Quick google search and apparently someone had their mouse replaced after the firmware update ruined the onboard memory.

Replacing mine now.

Loving mine. Charges in about 2 hours and lasts for roughly 32 hours as well.

Ah well glad that's being sorted for you!

I was charging with a different usb cable (not the one with the mouse). Switched it over to the one provided and it charges fine. I think my other micro usb cable is busted.
