Hi, looking for a gpu with 780ti performance . Am thinking of 1060, 470, 480 but I need a card where when it's not gaming the fans stop. E.g watching movies. Which cards offer this feature? Am aware of asus strix and I think Msi twin frozr?
 
Almost every aftermarket 1060 will offer this since the card uses very little power. Not sure if AMD cards can do the same.

Even if a card doesn't have it as standard, you can usually fiddle with the fan curve to be 0rpm until like 60c.

I know the EVGA and Zotac models have a 0db feature. Some MSI ones do. Palit do aswell apparently, but have read users complain that it doesn't work.
