Radeon Nano Graphics Card..

You can use that line when you post it on the MM.:D

Have you thought about an AMD Duo, they are a lot better than I thought they would be and the Red Baron even owns a pair of them !!!!

I would say your a leading authority as you have owned nearly every graphics card ever made

Lol xD

No honestly this Nano is awesome, by far my fav AMD card. Ha like that guy above said, looking at the Titan X for my next GPU. Once that price settles down or a used one pops up on MM.

In the meantime, this lil Nano has really impressed me. If anyone is looking at AMD cards, really recommend this one.

Yeah Nano is a good card.
First of all download the UEFI Firmware, AMD posted back in April for the card.

It will improve your power and timings when you try to get it to FuryX speeds (is a FuryX after all), without much power consumption. Some can achieve it with -50mv +50%
And also it will greatly boost your PC boot times, if you have UEFI set up on BIOS, W10 etc.

Second, if you overclock it and watercool it, try to beat the 1120/550(1100) with +6mv and +50% power only.
Or 1100/(550)1100 with +50% only. (0mv).
Also EK makes a fantastic waterblock (pre-filled if you want to use it on Predator 240/360 with QDC).

Btw what is your ASIC?

Agreed. Although not the most powerful it is the best IMO too. I prefer it to my 980ti in many ways!

In what ways? Everything I see shows the 980ti has quite a lead. Also everyine seems to recommend the 980ti over this as well.

A lot of people forget that there are more to the experience than just raw frames per second numbers. There's stability, fluidity, noise levels, temperatures etc etc. All play a role in the experience you are having. For an example, my MSI 780 lightning was a much better experience than my 980 ti reference when it came to driver experience and noise levels, among other things, even though the 980 ti was clearly waaaayyy faster.

[pedantic mode]

Surely the GPU would be the Fiji

So the Nano isn't a GPU it is a card made with Fiji GPU.

[/Pedantic mode] :D:p:D;)

Its also good for 1440, runs war thunder and battlefront maxed really well at that res.

Yeah that is what impressed me, I game @ 1080P / 1440P. 1080P for strategy games as it's central on desk and 1440P for games I can use with controller, and sit back a bit (32" 1440P screen) like Witcher 3, racing games etc. Nano's 1440P performance is really strong.

When I go 4K it will be with Titan X, or Vega etc (If comparable).

Still playing at 1080P right Boomstick? Then of course 1x Nano is great for that low resolution.

Please give me what you are smoking. I use it at 2560x1440 with all settings maxed out....

Is not slower than a FuryX if you clock it as same speeds.

That is quite the card then indeed. I also game at 1440P and my GTX 1080 copes with pretty much every game I throw at it but some games still need some AA dropped.

Bah resolution means little, I play at 4k with a r9 390 all game settings max with mid aa. But it's a really low intensive game called smite. Nano would run it at like 120fps average on 4k and the 1080 would hit the fps cap a lot I feel we should start saying I run x reso with x card using games like x
Sounds pedantic but I'm sure many indie platforms can be run at 5k on a 780ti or such.
Even with major games like battlefield and metro there are large discrepancies

However a nano is a cool card

I play most of my games on Nano at 1440p and had no issues so far. Sometimes I might have to drop AA a little, but otherwise I've not had any problems. Even with Witcher 3. Gregster being the typical Nvidia shill again...
