I'm having bit of a reshuffle of furniture in my spare room/ "man cave" and I'm thinking about having a beer fridge next to the desk and my PC case on top of it. My cooling is pretty good so should cope just fine even with slightly warmer air going in, if any.
PC case on top of beer fridge?

It is fine, just avoid having the PC intake fans near the fridge exhaust, even then you are only looking at a small rise in ambient case temp for the PC.
