Grohe or Mira shower?

I see Grohe in Hotels a lot, never seen Mira. So from that assume Grohe are pretty bullet-proof. A hotel isn't going to cheap out as losing revenue on a room with broken plumbing is going to cost them in the long run.

Thanks for replies guys- Grohe it is!

ROSSI: If anything was to go wrong you have easier access and can change things whereas if its concealed (built in) the plumber will need to take out tiles etc?

Rossi: If going concealed, avoid thermostatic mixers - the cartridge can fail and as above, you're into removing tiles.

If built in get plain hot/cold mixer taps in my view - though I have to say I don;t like thermostatic full stop.

Grohe all the way, they had that shower on Amazon prime day for just over a hundred quid. Was very tempted but just fitted a new triton shower. Mira, triton and Grohe are all good brands to go for.

With Grohe rapido concealed thermostatic valve it is easy to change cartridges, just pull off front cover, remove controls, then undo cartridges. Thermostatic controls are much better.
