I have enjoyed my PS4 , but I find it increasingly that games are released in 30FPS , I was happy buying a PS4 game when it is in 60FPS instead of the PC version , then I have the option to flog it on and buy something different.....but I am starting to feel that their is little of no reason to keep the PS4 due to me having a pretty good gaming rig .....

I was a big Destiny fan at one point....but I have hardly played for over 10 months or so.....

hmmmmm

If you didn't play The Last of Us the first time round, then pick up the remake for sure. Even having played it before it's easily the best single player game I've played this gen. Bloodborne is great if you can put up with 30fps. Uncharted 4 and the collection too.

I'm sure we've all been in this position. You flog a console and then something comes out that makes you want one again. Like Horizon: Zero Dawn. Just keep it. :D Put it in its box in the wardrobe if the sight of it disturbs you. Just until you need it again.

The last of Us - Remaster : Worth playing even if you played the original version. The remaster is stunning.

Uncharted 4 - Worth the price of the console alone.

Uncharted remasters - Again, brilliant games and brilliant remasters.

No man's Sky - Brilliant game. Very good fun if you are into that genre.

I can never understand posts like this, how hard is it to look in IGN, pick up a magazine or look at coverage from E3.

If you need the money or space sell it if you don't keep it, there will always be good games that you will not get on the PC.

That made me laugh

Uncharted collection
Uncharted 4
Bloodborne
Last of Us 2
Infamous second son is worth a look as well.

Don't sell it, no point. Pretty much all the ps4 exclusives are decent games anyway and who knows what other exclusives will come out in the near future.

As a PC gamer who owns pretty much every console this gen and last (bar the XB1), this is what I have on my PS4:

MGS5
Ratchet and Clank
Bloodborne Game of the Year Edition
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
Uncharted 4

The first one I have never played myself since I've 100%ed it on Steam (PC) with lovely mods and playing at 1440p resolution (60fps of course). I've not had the time to play many of the other ones, so far I've only managed Uncharted 1 and 2 in the collection. Which have been fun so far, even if I despise the combat in those games. Which is partially a reason that I don't plan on buying Last of Us anytime soon. Just ain't my cup of tea (and I bet folks will still tear me apart just for not appreciating it).

Oh and I have the PSPlus subscription. Not played any of the games from it, but some of them look interesting.

The combat is much slower paced in Last of Us and has many more stealth elements, so I wouldn't discount the game on the combat of Uncharted alone.

You don't know what you're missing, it's one of the very best games ever made.

The Last of Us's combat is a lot more interesting if you ask me. It's more stealth-based and survival horror-ish than Uncharted. Definitely play it, put the difficulty on Hard and turn off Listening mode. This makes ammo and whatnot a lot more scarce and makes the game feel a whole lot like a survival horror game with great characters, storytelling and presentation.

I thought combat in UC2 was woefully mediocre, a little bit better in UC4 but still not that good(haven't played any of the others), whereas I really liked it in The Last of Us. Especially in 60fps with the Remaster.

I've only played UC2 and didn't rate the combat that much, TLOU much better in that regard. Still waiting to pick up UC collection and UC4 cheap.

I'll give another vote for No Man's Sky, I love it, marmite game obviously, but perfect couch chill game for me.

Rez Infinite would be enough to make me hang on to the PS4, and with PSVR....eeep!

Must say im only holding on to my ps4 to play bloodborne again one day and see what naughty dog is up to next. Cant think of one upcoming exclusive im excited for otherwise :(

And for everything else, i tend to use pc via steam link or at desk. Mainly due to pricing and on top of that mostly better performance give or take the odd terrible port ;)
