First time using cashback websites but I have signed up to Three 4GB, 600 minutes and all you can eat texts sim only 12 months deal through Three website and not through Quidco, can I still claim the cashback?

No. The cashback sites work as referral sites and they get their money to give back to you by you clicking through their site.

However one time I did the same as you and forgot to do it through topcashback so I rang up the mobile company and said I was cancelling as I forgot to do it through the cashback and they just said no problems, we will credit that same amount to your account :)

Think you're probably out of luck, there's a chrome add-on which prompts you whenever you're on a site that has quidco cashback, might be worth installing to make sure you don't forget in future!!

You need to follow the link from Quidco site or you won't get anything.

Also use TCB instead, they will match and beat any rate Quidco offers.

I've done well out of TCB over the last few years...all on stuff I was going to buy anyway. About £400 of that is from this year, cashback on flights/hotels/airport parking.

I phoned Three and cancelled the contract and placed the new order through Quidco as it was offering £30 rather than £26.25 on TopCashBack but it hasn't tracked yet so will have to wait 3 days, if not then I will have to raise a claim.

Give it a few days; i find stuff consistently tracks but it does take a while.

I used Quidco for Three. Contract bought early January. Claim appeared at beginning February on Quidco and still not received anything. I've messaged them a few times and they say it is progressing normally so fingers crossed.

Use both Quido and TCB. Usually TCB is by far the better and I find it more reliable for tracking too, but very occasionally Quidco comes up better

Quidco do the same :p

I was going to say the same, Quidco sometimes has exclusive cashbacks that TCB don't

True, however most of the time TCB already has a higher rate so you don't have to contact them to get it.

Quidco do occasionally have cashback that TCB don't but when I just checked by Quidco account, I can see i've only had £408.53 in the same time frame versus almost £2k with TCB.
