Brussels is the Governments of all member states. Brexiteers seem to think it's own entity but that's simply not the case.

The Netherlands has elections in March 17.
France has elections in March/April 17.
Germany has elections in September 17.

Any negotiations in 2017 are going to be massively hampered by the various election cycles. All incumbent German and French politicians will insisting on punitive exit conditions as a cheap ratings booster for their own election chances.

A50 should have been invoked this summer.

Maybe we'll start our own trade block with NL, France & Germany after they elect Euro-skeptic leaders and GTFO of the EU whilst they can

Go back to reading the daily mail.... Apparently they have been 'about to collapse' since 1990. And yet no other country wants to leave (although DM will tell you otherwise).

I remember a report the next day which listed all the other countries wanting to leave. Listing: frexit grexit italexit ausexit etc. What a joke of an article. No one else will be leaving soon. Majority of the countries are pro EU.

So who decides whether or not to use the EU army or not? Will you need a committee for each member state to discuss? Will there be 27 commanders in chief? Will the President of the European Commission become the CinC?

Nobody knows what the costs will spiral to. You have no idea if tax rises will be required or not.

As mentioned by Burnsey, all these civil servants to negotiate and process the new Treaties over the next decade or so. We do not have them as yet, so may be a gap between maybe wanting to trigger Article 50 and being in a position to actually do it.

Well lets just face it, if the EU collapses it will be GB's fault. If another war happens it will be GB's fault. If there is a recession anywhere it will be a Brexit fault.

What ever happens for the next 10 years will be a Brexit decision fault.

Obsessive 'part of the club' will remain for donkey's years to come. We haven't even triggered article 50 but Bremainers will only see the downside on some lost hope they can overrule democracy.

Can we not give the experts a chance before writing our country off?
