Nvidia Ansel drama

Before any nutters jump in looking for Marty's severed balls on a plate for the downright disrespectful act of calling Nvidia despicable thieving gits...


Update and conclusion on the Ansel thing: I talked with some guys from Nvidia and especially the lead developer of Ansel, it's all sorted out. It was a result of some testing, basically leftover code; the next Ansel update will have some code removed and me credited, so it's all fine now. I have seen that someone posted this on reddit, probably in an attempt to start a ****storm or something, don't do that. It's not a big thing really and Ansel is no commercial product so case closed then

I bet the guy would have had jack if he hadn't made this public knowledge.
 
Well that's an anti-climax. I'm alerted to drama, I ready my bandwagon and the drama is solved 4 posts in!
 
Didn't he say there were other devs code in there too?

I think people are now saying that it isn't commercial use (Nvidia driver only) despite being implemented in a couple if games
 
Regardless, he's resolved this matter, it's his code, kind of irrelevant now.

IF there are other devs code however.......although I expect Nvidia will now sort this out now that it has been 'discovered '
