OCUK forums are running on: "vBulletin 3.7.3"

I disagree that self hosting forums is bad in this day and age, as managed providers can have a hard time updating software or getting downtime from customers or money in order to perform upgrades especially if bespoke work is involved.

If I start posting funny jokes you'll know I've been hacked.

To be fair the exploit used may not exist in this build.

My password will stay the same it's not like it's used in any other site. I would also hope the admins here would notice if it was hacked.

I never reuse the same password on different sites, and much of the time I don't even use the same email addresses.

I reuse the same password for sites that aren't going to cause me major issues if they get compromised

my facebook, gmail etc.. use unique passwords, gmail has two step verification etc.. too

I guess if someone got my OCUK password they might be able to submit a trip advisor review or something under some account I've created there or maybe log into some other forum (then again I probably used a different e-mail)

So is the Op suggesting this forum is highly hackable as it runs an old outdated version of code that hasn't been updated, and may or may not have been hacked many times, just we simply don't know?

Guess we'll just wait for the public dump then ;)
