think that is a yes then, make life hard for Hamilton fight, because the longer he takes here, the less gap he can build to Ricciardo the more time he has to gain back on the last stint.

99% sure Ricciardo is staying out now and will be fighting with Ham at the end with softs vs old mediums.

Hamilton could be OK with soft tyres at the end whilst the others are on very used mediums.

Medium, it's a good tire looking good? Then why not put them on for this last stint, he could have gone super fast on the mediums.

Merc keep doing this, meh strategy. Faster car, better grip over a stint, he'd have been able to get to Ricciardo and not lose that half second in the middle of the lap and got Ricciardo easily... probably gone to the end as well.

If Hamilton finishes second, I will congratulate Mercedes. I just don't get this strategy though.

That said, second or third would be a great result and Rosberg will not be happy to see it.

Mediums have recently always been the right tyre to be on at Spa, those long high speed corners like Pouhon are brutal on the softer compounds.

Hamilton 1.8s faster that lap, but not enough laps to overtake unless Ricciardos tyres are toast.

Although, Hamilton doing that lockup won't help.
