Quick question(s)

My Smart Ultra 6 is on its last legs. Ive been looking just at the Redmi Note 3 Pro.

I take it these phones come with Google play store and apps like banking (natwest, barclarycard etc) work fine on them?
and im currently with BT Mobile (EE Network), will i get 4g?.

and last but not least..

Is it worth waiting for the Note 4?. How long does it normally take for global roms to be released?.
 
I see the latest update means I no longer have to swipe down and then right to access all the quick buttons. It's all there in a down swipe now. :)

I'm in the same boat, just don't know which to get.
Note 3 pro or wait for a global ROM release for the note 4?

Does anyone know how long it takes for a global rom release or if it will be coming at all?

Just got miui8 stable pushed out to me. Looks a lot more like lollipop but still not 6 marshmallow.
 
Mine updated itself to MIUI 8 stable the other day, seems Ok apart from the notification area changes (which you can revert) and the major drawback - the lack of power profiles. They really gimped the power saving options on the ROM now... but ah well.
