International football is sadly becoming less and less relevant, I remember they days when I used to get excited about international breaks:(

Im sure a lot would feel different if England were actually any good

I just think the Int break SO early into the start of the season is annoying, 3 match weekends in and then two weeks without any decent footy - not to mention a lot of teams may be back to square one, ie not quite in tune with each other because of that break.

If you're super lucky one of your star players might get injured by some nobody from a rubbish country.

Hopefully Scotland get thoroughly embarassed by Malta. Still doubt the muppets in charge of the SFA would give him his jotters though.

Watching Belgium defend is embarrassing, then Ive just realised who their new boss is, bobby Martinez lol.

Joe Hart is getting a start despite not playing a league game yet. The national team is a national disgrace. I almost hope we get comprehensively smashed.

As expected:

England: Hart; Walker, Cahill, Stones, Rose; Dier, Henderson; Lallana, Rooney, Sterling; Kane

Allardyce doesn't even know Rooney's role by the sound of it, not surprised since he doesn't really have one besides being on the pitch and picking up appearance records.
