Turns out my 350lc is a 250lc originally with 350 barrels and front end. It's also got some dodgy frame numbers and non matching engine numbers but dvla recognise them both. It's not quite as thoroughbred as I thought so I'm weighing up my choices. To the enthusiast it'll never be right so I'm thinking of a road legal pro am

Because it's cool :)

That's sort of the whole hipster/cafe racer scene, custom built bikes, some of them very cool - but built mainly for bearded tattoo'd blokes to look at :D

Don't get me wrong, I love some of the cafe racer style bikes, but the whole 'scene' is a bit too much for me. I can't grow a beard, don't have any tattoos, and don't own any lumberjack shirts, so... :p:D

Haha I know, I'll fill in the log book and send that away too, I'll also give them a ring Monday and tell them I messed up!

you can do the logbook online now when the buyer is with you so you dont have to do it by post also its prof you sold it that day if they dont tax or insure it for a while

Ah must have deleted it, what you think of the exhaust system? I know he's using an external sound recorder but still, sounds epic!

Ouch, maybe not then!

The arrow system sounds great, not ridiculously loud, but loud enough :D

It does sound good :D I'll have to try and find someone selling or making them and get a quote, I'll post on the Nuda forum too.

Surely that's nothing compared to the glorious sound you will get in return? ;)

TBH I don't think they'll make much difference apart from aesthetics!

Peg scraped, position according to someone who has more experience and knowledge said was good (no more boot scraping!). But if I lent that tiny bit more, I would have scrapped my knee. It was literally mm's. But every time I scrape with that damn peg I put the bike up a bit. :(

BTW Leather 2 piece seems to work on girls better than textile jacket and kevlar jeans. :D

You're knee should be the first thing to touch the tarmac if you're in the correct body position. then your toe slider on your boots and then that lets you know you're peg is about to touch (which is not really what you want happening).
