Need a new broadband or bundle deal virgin or sky

Im in my last 40 days with virgin but im really not sure what to do,

I have both sky and virgin at home but my house comes under two door number but the packages are under one so i can always use the other as a new customer.

cant get fiber in my area yet.

here are few of my issues
1. im not living at the house due to house refurb, likely to take 2 more months.
2. Im paying £55 a month (big bang bundle) and ive been told i cant change anything without going in to a new contract.
3. Vigin has told me the plan would go up to £66 if I don't upgrade.
4. £19 for line rental when we dont really even use the phone line.
5. I cant get any of the new deal.

Im not sure if i want to upgrade if i cant use it but i also don't want to cancel at this point due to any potential discount

u should be able to change your package without going in to a new contract.

I have tried many times and any time i try to change anything or drop down to a lower package I get told, no you cant do that without going into a new contract.

that is weird mate..

3 days ago i changed my package again and got this deal, free tv (TV M) with TiVo / phone m / 200Mb gamer for £45.99 per month.. no new contract

I don't know what to tell you, everytime i phone they refuse point blank and tell me it will be a new contact.
