It was a reasonable (in principle) portrayal of the forum we post on so I'm not really sure I agree with you. But yes, I will obey.

It's not about obeying, it's about the measure of decency in the construction of your argument. The point of your post was recognised and valid, the way you phrased it was antagonistic and confrontational.
You may start a thread in FCD if you have issues with the decision/action taken

What a nutjob! even if it was a doll, why would you randomly punch a possession owned by a person you don't know anyway? I'm guessing him saying he thought it was a doll is just his poor attempt at trying to get out of trouble. A baby's skull is soft, certainly not strong enough to cope with a punch from a full grown man!
On the Brightside it kind of made me think about that scene in the film The Campaign where a baby gets punched, I'd link the clip if I wasn't at work!

It is worrying the amount of seriously disturbed people on the streets these days 
In the last couple of weeks I have witnessed someone hurling abuse at someone totally imaginary, and someone literally speaking all the unpleasant thoughts in his head out loud.
This guy is obviously even more of a loony and needs locking up asap.

not to start up a debate on the welfare state but we barely have one so there is no surprise these people are wondering the streets. I mean as long as you can make a cup of tea and have a shower you are perfectly well in this country now.

Must be something along those lines. I thought it could be that he is a chav and thought it would be funny to knock the dolls head flying with a punch, and intimidate the guy with the doll that was actually a baby?

You say that but making a decent cuppa takes a lot of work going by the hot milk and sugar water that has been served to me recently

Couple of people (known to have come off the worst for drugs) well known around where I live for walking along having a massive angry rant at an imaginary person, making weird hand motions in the air, etc.
New mothers are advised to take babies out and about as soon as they are able.
Helps with post natal depression.
