Black Wheel Weights

Recently got some new wheels fitted and they are black. The place that fitted them only had silver wheel weights so it doesn't look great. I have asked a few places if they have black wheel weights but they have said they do not. Does anyone know of anywhere that does do black wheel weights? Hopefully a national chain or something so there will be one near me (Watford).

Thanks!

Check what weight they are order some black ones online peel old ones off stick new ones on in their place.

Edit: Actually this may not apply I was thinking of bike ones where they're stuck on rather than car clip on ones.

Sharpie marker pen and "colour in" the silver ones?

Also I'm sure in the past when I have had wheels balanced, the more advanced machines can suggest alternate balancing positions e.g. to hide more of the weights behind spokes so they aren't even visible.

Mine are stuck on and not clipped on so this is an option. EDIT: Found some on eBay, 10 strips, 60g per strip of 10g and 5g weights. £5. Result. :D

I didn't really want to paint or sharpie them as a bit of a ghetto solution. Can't believe this is that much of an "out there" request, loads of people have black wheels.

Thanks all.

Next thread...................How is the best way to repainting my wheels after the paint came off when I pulled the old wheel weights off my car and the paint came with them.....:D

It's important to give your wheel weights a proper detailing. I hate it when I get swirl marks on mine.

Perhaps the slight imbalance of the OPs wheel weights has altered the earth's orbit and is responsible for climate change?
