I know I sound like a broken record, but top air coolers cool basically the same for less money and way less noise .. and last much longer (like forever) CLC pumps all eventually fail (seems 3-4 year is common and sometimes sooner) and when they do you have no cooling at all until cooler is changed .. not a cheap venture. With a good air cooler there is only the fan to fail and any fan will do until suitable replacement is found .. at much lower cost than a new cooler.
Any of the top tier air coolers. Too many to even try and name. If h110/115 is top clc, then h100 is upper mid-level and only a few degrees warmer. Same is true of air coolers. Upper mid-level are only a few degrees warmer than top tier. Just keep in mind that case airflow management is more important with air coolers .. and it's easy to get it right.
What cooler/s are good depend n application; your case (CPU clearance), GPU (TDP), motherboard, CPU, RAM (height) all need to be figured into the build. Post up that info and we can give good suggestions.
