Yes perfectly fine. My wife's i3-6100 1060 rig plays BF4 at 80-90fps at 1080p maxed settings The spec above looks great, an RX470 could be picked instead to save a few quid if the budget is tight.

For £400 you are not going to do any better if buying new. You could go into the MM and pick up a i5 Haswell/mobo/ram bundle and make a significant saving.

Do you really need a new psu, as the one in your sig looks to be pretty good. Is it very old?

I don't think the cpu in the bundle comes with a cooler, so that might be something to bear in mind.
