If a pay rise or completion of work on a large client then maybe take family out for a meal or get something for my PC or guitar kit, something like that.
It might be a new bit of computer gear, or more commonly holding off watching a good film I've been looking forward to until I've done something and can sit down for a couple of hours without interruption
Case of Somersby Apple Cider, some thai take out and a movie on my big screen.... when all thats done ill call the 'little lady' over to stay the night...

Really depends on what the objective achieved was. For small things it'll just be simply having a nice relaxing day at home gaming or going out with the Mrs. For bigger things such as post graduate exams, successful assessments I'll treat myself to some new tech or a holiday. I don't really need to justify buying anything to anyone but I do see it as a reward and nice little motivator.
