Bought a few items yesterday for my next upgrade before 3pm to ensure next day delivery, no problems there. I was dilly dallying around though deciding on what new case to get and so didn't get one ordered until around 5.30pm and you good chaps still managed to get it shipped out to me - all items are coming later today :)

Only itsy bitsy minor thing I can say really is the guy I spoke to on the phone sounded really sleepy like I disturbed his nap or something :p, I will just put it down to the monday blues or something :D

About a week and half ago I ordered a PSU about 4.30pm but then rang back about 5.10pm to see if I could change the order for a slightly better one and that got processed and shipped quickly for the next day too.

So just a thumbs up from me for been so good and on the ball with everything :)

PS, better have Haribos this time as last time I got none :( :p
 
I find whenever I phone Overclockers I get one of two guys, the one that seems like answering the phone is a chore and the really happy one.
 
I've only ever had two bad experiences with Overclockers. One was before it changed hands, they wouldn't honour the warranty on a mouse because I didn't have the original box. The other was pretty recent, for some unknown reason my order failed to be shipped 2 days in a row. I got a free game out of that though, so it's all good!

It's always the way though, people rarely talk about good experiences, but you can be sure they'll tell everyone about the bad ones.

I've yet to have issue with OcUK in about... 15 years of custom. I tend to shop where it's cheapest (I'm generally good at complaining politely and efficiently when needed so awesome customer service isn't a huge issue) so a few more awesome deals needed ( ;) ) but I can't otherwise grumble.
 
Hold your horses OP! You have yet to receive your haribo, don't go easy on them just yet. :p

But seriously, my past experiences with Overclockers has been faultless. Customer service has always been good also.

Damn, now I feel like the fat git. :( :p

I remember the last time I bought PC parts, it was for my ex GF's computer which I built her for Christmas 2015.

Last time I bought stuff for myself though was when the R9 390 came out.
