Where's the story where a woman actually kept her mouth shut for one hour?

There was one on my feed last night where a woman had lost a vibro up her back passage and had to go to A&E. Around 250 had made comments as though it was real and not even the sentence "They put a camera down her throat so they could see the end of it" meant anything to anybody. It was a satirical site that I tried to point out.
