Budget/bargain motherboard for Intel I3-4170

I have 8gb 1866 ram already, I just need the processor and board. Which would be the cheapest board with PCI-E slot and is capable of running 1866mhz DDR3 ram? I don't mind clearance products either.

EDIT : I have just spotted this motherboard at £25 but it will only run memory up to 1600Mhz. Does that mean the 1866Mhz vengeance ram I have won't work?

Is it a H81 board? The memory will just run at a lower speed. The bonus is that you should be able to tighten the timmings up a bit so won't actually lose that much performance.

it will work fine but not at full 1866Mhz speed. The performance difference between those two speeds is pretty much negligible.

Thanks for your answer but it doesn't matter now, I just bought an I3-6100 skylake instead with a 1151 motherboard which accepts 1866 ram.
