Post a screenshot of the first page of GPU-Z, for each gpu.

At first I'd suggest DDU the drivers completely and re-install with latest drivers. Ensure in 3D settings (nvidia control panel) power management is set to optimal or max performance and not adaptive.

Having the same board and 1080 SLI myself something is wrong for sure. Bf4 I have all maxed 3440x1440 plus 130% resolution and it holds 100fps no problem. One of my better titles and both cards run to 99% usage.

first gpu http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/16/10/13/8sb.png second gpu http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/16/10/13/wbd.png i have already removed drivers with ddu and done a fresh install also checked power management what i have noticed on gpu z i don't know if this means anything but i see the first card says 16@x16 1.1 then the second one says 16@x8 3.0 but i don't know if this actually means anything thanks in advance

Your stats above are useless without GPU and CPU usage figures when the performance is poor. All it tells us right now is that something isn't right, but we have no idea where the bottleneck is without usage figures.

how can i monitor this? and provide you the results sorry im abit of an idiot

Re-flash the mobo bios. Ensure it is the latest one.

I thought it would be something similar to mine. Where it was running pcie 2.0 which gave me issues similar to yours.

I can see your first GPU is for some reason is running x16 @ pcie 1.1 and the 2nd is running as it should at pcie 3.0.

I suspect that is where your issue is. First card and second card should both be running pcie 3.0 (gen 3).

Should be pcie settings in the bios where you can set them to pcie gen 3. I would if you haven't already and update the bios as well and after confirm both are running as they should.

in motherboard bios under pcie express configuration I went to pcie speed there is only gen 1 and gen 2 of auto also I updated bios2 days ago

nvm i found it there both on 3.0 now ill test it see if it's made any difference

Also his 5820k has only 28 pci lanes on the cpu the 5930k has 40 shouldn't make much difference as i remember linus did a video on it and it didn't show any performance hit but never tried it myself.

can't run firestrike because for some reason i don't know why at the final test about 10 seconds in it just closes

There's your problem. :)

Your video card is either getting to hot or your PSU isn't supplying a stable enough current to your video cards. You can still run MSI Afterburner for the part of the bench where it doesn't crash and see what's happing to your system.

BTW any CPU and GPU overclock your running needs to be dialled back to stock.
