*** The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Thread ***

No idea if we should from their point of view. From mine I had a device provided that I was advised to turn off and not use and wasn't given a loaner or replacement device while I waited for them to all pull their fingers out and decide what to do. That's money down the drain so far as I'm concerned. Plus the fact that that tariff includes a subsidy in it that pays for the hardware. So it's not just the airtime costs that make up the monthly cost.

Just got the same and they told me Monday night for collection and Tuesday for delivery. The right hand doesn't know...

Man it must be utter chaos in the mobile market in general over this, cant say I would want to me a CS or shop person who has to deal with this.

It sounds like no one has a set plan that's working lol
 
My case with Three got escalated to the Area manger for South West Scotland and guess what I managed to return my phone via the Three store and for my troubles Im getting £166 back from them I will never go with THREE again CPW is the way to go I think
 
Just rang Samdumb again

Asked why I cannot get a swap or at least send replacement S7E same day as the Note 7 is collected
All I get is
