Asked why I cannot get a swap or at least send replacement S7E same day as the Note 7 is collected
All I get is

I've given up speaking to them. I bet my S7E doesnt tomorrow as promised but on Wednesday.

Have you kept anything out of either of yours ?

They changed it to tomorrow 09:00 to 13:00 or maybe it's for the first one. I have a spare fast charger so it's all going back, Two of them are in the box the second one came in. Can't wait to get rid of them.

Took mine back to CPW, can keep my gear, had my £99 upfront cost refunded and upgrade is being reversed. Need to go back in 5 days once that's done for another upgrade, if i go S7 / S7 Edge (likely) I will get £100 off any upfront cost or as a cheque too.

Vodafone reversed my upgrade and reset my dates allowing me to upgrade again but somehow I ended up with 2 price plans on my account - the upgraded plan and my previous sim only plan. They told me it would take a couple of days to fix and they'll call me once it's done - the way things are rolling for me I might be able to blag a free months line rental out of them again for the mix up.

edit: I should say that the same thing happened to me last month when CPW/Voda had to reverse my upgrade to fix CPW's **** up so if you are with Vodafone definitely make sure the reversal went throught properly and they haven't just altered the dates or you might end up paying 2 contracts.
 
Pathetic. S7E not been shipped tonight so there will be yet another day waiting for UKMail to turn up. :(

I was told today that S7E wont be sent out till my Note 7 is collected and and on the van and collection is verified ( from courier)


They are serious pack of idiots

I love CPW! The 4th refund for my case went into my account today.

They refunded me twice the day I handed everything back believeing it didn't go through the first time. I then went back a couple of days later and the guy I saw looked on my account and said my refund didn't go through so tried to refund it to my card again, said it didn't go through (turns out it did again) and then refunded me cash. £160 for a £40 case takes the sting out of this mess.

Just hoping the £70 (1x £20 and 1x £50) go through in the next day or so and I'll have had £280 from CPW, a free set of headphones and a VR in exchange for 1 returned case :D

I felt bad when I went in for my upgrade on Friday. The first thing the guy says is the refund for your case didn't go through - knowing it went through twice I had to ask him to double check but he was insistent that it didn't so gave me another £80 :p

I can give you a couple of Notes with a case and you can see how much more can be screwed out of them :p:D
 
So the UKMail man has been. Wanted to see both boxes not the one they were packed in. Signed the form saying two items have been collected and that is it. Now I want my replacement S7E and it had better come tomorrow.
 
You can't reach the Samsung people dealing with the recall process, no one else there appears to know what is happening with the replacement/refund. Now waiting for a call back, waiting, waiting... This has to be the worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

Keep the Note, send me the case. I'll pop back in, remembering I bought another case from them. If I get another £160 out of them I'll split it with you.

11:30 mine was collected . He opened box and inspected the phone checked serial ...he didn't notice the s-pen missing tho :p

Just rang the 01628 number got straight thru lol wasnt ready for it .. she confirmed that S7E is ready to dispatch for Wednesday delivery ...we will see

Mine didn't bother with the serial numbers! No return call from them but I just got through and was told the same as you, tomorrow. Refund 3/5 days after they receive our returned notes. I'm not even bothering to cross my fingers.

Found out there is another CPW near my other office, so might go there Fri lunch to sort out S7E.
