Can you imagine the tooling, printing, packaging and sorting required to make any lego set ever made? They'd be double the price minimum. 10%? No chance.
I'd happily pay double the original RRP for the UCS Falcon
If you want a genuine Lego UCS Falcon you can bricklink one for about £600 or less. You'll have to sub a few parts (Colour variations) to keep costs down but it's perfectly do-able.

So is the time building it, it's a hobby, it's what spare time are for.
