No royal mail missed delivery card

Have been ordering a few things recently and was concerned that some haven't arrived today.
Luckily one was tracked by RM and on tracking it says

Delivered to your address or neighbour.

But no card has been left.

Have never had this happen.
Either the seller has put the wrong address on item or the postie hasn't left a card.

Anyone had this? I have contacted the seller (a shop) to confirm the correct address.

That would have indeed helped! The card would have fallen out and a problem solve! However it would have created a much ****tier issue!
