While you guys are still waiting for your Samsung refunds another £70 (£20 goodwill gesture + £50 for the exchange program (which they've given me once already)) has hit my account from CPW.
That's a total of £280 (£40 was for a refund for my case), a free set of Sony wireless headphones, the VR and £40 off my Pixel XL from CPW

Nothing showing for mine, will wait until tomorrow to call.
Called up O2 as UKMail had not bothered collecting it when they said. O2 said that they would call UKMail and chase them for me.
However i've just realised that the number that had for me is now no longer in use so I do wonder whether or not it will ever get collected! I'm not putting the effort in to chase them, i've already spend god knows how many hours trying to sort all this out and they have cancelled my contract and refunded me anyway.

They said a reply within 24 hours but I not hopefully so I sent an email to the UK CEO.
I had an email from Samsung two days ago saying they've refunded my card. It now shows up on my account.
To reiterate it took two days so your money will be refunded.
I was concerned too...they've taken their time haven't they.. :/
