Huge air bubble in GPS area

Hey, so I've got my loop going from res > rad > cpu > gpu > qdc > rad 2 > res and it recently started slowly leaking from the 2 EK fittings going from. GPU to res. I've changed both fittings and the tubing and now there seems to be a huge air bubble that I can't get rid of trapped within the GPU.

I've drained the loop and checked all tubing is fitted correctly to the fittings and its all fine. When the PC is off the tubing fills up as expected but once you turn it on it starts to push that bubble around.

Anyone know what I can do?
Will upload pic once my phone lets me.

Basically when you turn it on the bubble pushes out of the GPS, turned off it retreats back into it

Turn pump up to 11, tilt case about at different angles until the bubble is pushed all the way around to the reservoir, loosen a plug in the top of the res to release the pressure then tighten again. Turn pump back down and smash some games!

That's what I'm doing, but to get it to move I have to basically put the case on its side and then more air bubbles start pulling through from the first rad.
