best performing micro sd card for galaxyu s5?

Hi I have an android s5 phone and I want to increase the capacity to a decent amount 64GB should be sufficient

I would like the micro sd to be as fast performing as the interal storage (if not faster). What are my best options?
 
Just don't buy a fake from an Amazon re-seller or from ebay. They look very convincing!

Samsung Evo Plus are one of the quicker models.

Whether you'll need speed for your use is another question.

speed is pretty important. You end up with 1000+ whatsapp images in a short space of time. It slows the device down due to the huge number of files.
 
Using the Sandisk Extreme Pro with my SP4 which provides 90mb read and write. Last time I checked the Lexar and Samsung cards they had pretty low write speeds.

then youre out of luck. you wont find an sd card that performs as well as the internal nand. download a1 sd bench and tell us how quick your internal storage is - the issue isnt the storage. its whatsapp :)

for example, my note 4 averages 194MB/sec / 43MB/sec read/write on the internal storage. my 64gb evo card in the same phone = 46MB/sec / 15MB/sec read/write. i expect the s5 to be similar or faster.
