Funnily enough i was looking at 32 inch tvs the other day and what hifi rated the Sony KDL-32WD603 over that Pan. Sound was a bit iffy with the Sony but they were pretty unanimous about it.

So in answer to your original question; that Sony TV. Also a 500GB SSD for the MBP.

I have the Ax65 902b as my main Tv and it's plays all the files I throw at it via the media server , that's why I chose that one

Also the sound isn't an issue as I will be running it through an amp
