£100 for 16bg of ram?

a mate recommended G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB).

i mean, it looks nice,. but is it doing anything better than other brands at around half the price?

any recommendations?

Must be running a high frequency, otherwise its just over priced.

DDR4 3200MHz C16

a quick look around at some kingston hyperx fury ram has 2x8gb retailing around the same price.

I have that Ram. It's very good RAM, I cannot overclock mine however but I'm happy with its performance. Looks fantastic also, however if you find some good RAM for 20 cheaper with the same speeds give it a go.

Not anymore, that seems like a reasonable price now. So happy I built my PC a few months ago... Prices are going up crazy fast now
