Call of Duty 2016 ( Infinite Warfare)

Is it actually possible to get a game where half the team don't quit!. I either join half way through or half of the people quit. I was intending to give this a proper go today but already fed up with it.

I haven't played a CoD game since Modern Warfare but played Gears of War. Does this game not have any type of cover system like Gears?

When you search for a game if you look at the bottom right of the screen it will say if the game is in progress or not and you have a few seconds to back out before the map loads.

That's a bit of a bummer. Game sure does look pretty but just coming off the back of Gears of War 4, playing this without a cover system seems really basic and is a bit of a chore. I'll give it another half an hour or so.

So having spent 40mins of this online and mw1, I think I oddly prefer this though my god I'm terrible don't know why I suck so much at cod yet I'm rather good on games such as bf1, I'm lucky if I get 5 kills or more but I'll always get least 10 deaths :/

Played some more last night and the connection is god awful. If I play Core I get a ton of hit markers. If I play HC - which I have stuck for the past 3 or 4 CODs - I'm dead before I can even react. Something is definitely off in this game.

Core is very strange, it takes a lot of bullets to kill somebody but it honestly feels like I die in one.

I've played and hour of each, but based on this forum alone cod this year doesn't seem that popular

Nope, I don't know what it is or why but I seem to be second on everything in this game.

To the point i feel I can't do anything, first game this evening and I hadn't even moved that much somehow I was 2-12.....

Must be worrying for the full time youtubers basing their income from cod. I think that infinite warfare will have a lesser shelf life that'll bo3 did, and will people want to watch cod4?

I've been playing both over the last few days. Multiplayer in TF2 feels so much more polished and exciting than IW by a country mile. The maps are much bigger (obviously to allow for titan combat) but the gameplay is still fast and fluid, and allows you to actually use tactics, like flanking, rather than run round like a headless chicken.

CoD MP is now just a mess of a gunbattle to appease the masses of hyperactive kids amongst the fanbase. The shots feel off, I seem to die instantly, and the spawn points are once again godawful.

I'll be playing it for the campaign then it's off for sale.

Same as me. It's really not good. They need to fix it. I feel there is a decent game underneath but the connection just ruins it.
