Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, how to get bonus games?

I bought my code from CDkeys, which came with a bunch of DLC codes but can't see any codes for the other Gears games which ultimate edition comes with.

Anyone know how to get them?

MS will send you the codes via the dashboard, give it a few days.

I'm at 19 days and counting... Xbox Support says it can take up to 30.

I received mines just a few days after launch I think
