No. Anthracite works well on electric blue though!

For 80% of the cost of a refurbishment you could get something like Team Dynamic Pro 1.2s which are nice.

The spokes seem quite close together on those rims so I'm not sure you'd see much of the calipers whatever colour they are painted - wouldn't bother personally.
