PSVR VR Worlds Demo Disc

I've just got PSVR and bought PlayStation VR Worlds for £25.
I've had a look at the box and it seems to include VR Worlds as a free demo but I can't tell if it's the same thing asthe VR Worlds I've bought.

Surely you wouldn't be able to buy it if it was free in the pack.

Have I bought something that I get free anyway?

The demo disk will include demo's of around 12 games(you can download it free in anycase). You should obviously have the full version of VR Worlds the experience as either a code or disk.
