Exactly and it's the same reason I will choose other companies. Nostalgia doesnt make me go all gooey and think I must choose JL.
It's a stupid advert for the easily persuaded.

The main reason people shop with JL is because they offer a service and warranty second to none.

If you wish to shop with www.cheapskate.com then fine, JL isn't looking to persuade you otherwise.

Unless you're buying some generic brand, the product is going to perform consistently regardless of what retailer you buy it from.
