Bitspower Direct - How???

Just to immediately cut off any thought of a competitor retailer admin strike - i'm after a specific O ring for my Dual D5 Pump Top which is pretty rare and I don't think anyone sells it in the UK (it's not the ones for the mod kits etc). This isn't a discussion of price or linking to buy something (which you do not sell)... All I want to know is:

How the hell do you use the 'shop' when nothing seems to be for sale and the only link is to some skype message channel nobody ever responds to? Can someone let me know how you actually get hold of them, my only alternative at this point is something in the US but they want about £60 to ship a £5 O-Ring. I've found the thing I need I just have no means of asking for it...

Anyone got any experience that can either describe here or PM me if its a link to some sort of order form, am I missing something?

Figured it out I think, its still quite clunky but basically you have to create an account to send a message to them (which is hard because they use the most illegible captcha ever). We shall see if they reply... Seems like nobody responds to the skype link and the contact form on the page doesnt work so last option really

What diamater of o ring do you need? Check out Sealforce, their range is huge.

Only black ones as far as I can see, specifically want the UV Blue to match the rest of the O-Rings in the kit... Cheers though

Yep, thanks but not stocking the O-Ring for the bit I need. I might have to live with the plain old black one and stop being so fussy

I thought they do have d5 O-rings selling separately?

I've personally bought quite a few sets from the bitspower rep and never had a problem.

They do, I already have them but I don't need the D5 O-Rings I need one which goes in the front of a dual D5 plexi top - can't post it as it's only competitor sold outside the UK but basically it's an Oring which seals the two together... it's slimmer than the D5 ring.

Hard to be more specific but there are three sizes, one for fittings, one for D5 and this one....

Are you using the Dual D5 Top from Bitspower themselves?

If so there's an entire & separate set available for all the O-rings used in their own Dual D5 Top.

You can find it on their official website.
