Need help identifying what USB adaptor cable I need

I bought a case recently and its front panel USB connector for the motherboards is of the type in the picture below.

The motherboard I have, a Gigabyte 1155 jobby, only has the older type of USB connectors as pictured below.

I'm hoping there might be an adaptor cable but after googling I haven't come up with anything. If anyone knows what I need i'd really appreciate it.

Whats confusing me is that the motherboard (this one) does have USB3 but it seems there is no connector for it, it only has the ports on the I/O which seems utterly retarded.
 
It's not really utterly retarded at all, it doesn't support front mounted USB3, unless of course it states that the motherboard has these connections and it doesn't.

The rear I/O USB ports don't need an internal connector as they work directly from the chipset.
