From what I researched they believe that is has a detrimental effect on relationships, something along the lines of this I believe,
Divide and conquer is the ultimate goal of any and all governmental interference. Society needs to be kept fighting, not fapping! That's why murder and violence is still heavily promoted by the BBFC, while mere urination is not.
Otherwise innocent people who enjoy a fap over someone weeing are being used to increase societal disharmony, by attempting to remove/criminalise their avenue of release.

Actually it is, they measured bladder before and after and there was less liquid in the bladder afterwards.

Things only feel cold because of variance in temperature. Something feeling cold is not an absolute measurement, it's relative.
I wouldn't rule out squirt being urine simply because it feels cold on your skin.
