OCUK busy day?

Just wondering if anyone else ordered something today from OCUK for next day delivery (DPD) without it being dispatched?

Ordered a new case (Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Glass :cool:

) at 8AM this morning, payment has gone through but no dispatch email. Order status set to "The order is in process" in my account section also.

Perhaps a backlog from Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

P.S. Would post in CS forum, but I assume they are not monitoring it outside work hours!

Yep got that instantly. Payment has gone through also. I'm able to view my order in my account history, where it shows as "The order is in process" still, as it did at 8AM this morning.

It will probably only change to despatched when it is collected by the courier, which could be any time this evening. I see it's stil lshowing in stock?

Posted there just incase someone can confirm. Booked a day annual leave to receive this, not going to be amused if it doesn't show

Had a reply from the CS forum - confirming my order has not been dispatched.

I think this is the first time in 15+ years that I've not had a next day service from OCUK, hopefully not a sign of things to come. If I ordered just before the 4PM cutoff I'd understand, though I ordered this at 8AM...

Thankfully I contacted my boss to cancel my annual leave, though I was very lucky that he was in a good mood!
