Evidently buying a new oven and hob this month wasn't enough, Black Friday purchase showed up. Rice was definitely better than from my steamer but there seems to be a bit of a learning curve with it.

Server rack most likely, pretty common I used to use them all the time. Much easier to keep everything looking neat too.

It's a chopping board holder. Each food type gets its own to stop cross-contamination.
